Alu Finish

Description

Alu Finish is a quick-drying, aluminium grey spray lacquer of OEM quality. The product shows an excellent adhesion to almost all metal and various plastic surfaces. After drying, it provides an even, scratch- and wear-resistant coating. Alu Finish gives the treated surface the perfect and natural appearance of aluminium.

Because of its beautiful aluminium grey colour, Alu Finish is perfectly suited for spray-painting all kinds of silver parts in the automotive and industry sector such as wheel rims, chassis parts, hinges, footboards, frames, panels, etc.

Alu Finish can also be used to paint supports and braces that are often made to measure and then still have to be finished in a professional way.

Its unique composition makes Alu Finish particularly suitable for fast application in several layers. Thanks to its aerosol packaging this product is extremely user-friendly and easy to apply. Using the special nozzle the product can be sprayed in a very professional spray pattern.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Sand the surface, preferably with a sanding block. Clean metal surfaces with Innotec Multisol or Innotec Seal and Bond Remover. Provide untreated metal with a primer (Innotec Speed Primer or Innotec Zinc Coat). Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic and pre-treat them with Innotec Repaplast Primer.
• Application method: Shake can well before use. Spraying distance 25-30 cm. Apply in several thin layers. Leave 10 minutes for the product to evaporate between two layers. When spraying, protect adjacent surfaces with Innotec Masking Tape or Innotec Masking Plate. After use, invert can and spray until clear to clean the nozzle.
