Nutriflon Oil

Description

Nutriflon Oil is a medicinal semi-synthetic oil that is NSF registered in the H1 category thanks to its unique formula. Suitable for use in food industry machinery and equipment.

Nutriflon Oil contains special anti-friction additives. Machine wear will therefore be reduced to a minimum by using this product.

Nutriflon Oil has a viscosity level of 46, which makes it especially suitable to grease the most current machines in food industry.

The product has a high viscosity index and reacts neutrally in high and low temperatures with respect to its viscosity. Machines therefore will start easily in freezing temperatures and will keep a smooth lubrication at high running temperatures at the same time. Thanks to its anti-foaming qualities, it can be used for machines with an oil bath as well as with high rotation speed of the oil.

The oil contains anti-corrosive additives which preserve metals that have incidental contact with food. Nutriflon Oil can be used as grease as well as anti-rust for general use, e.g. for drip lubrication of chains and guide rails, roller bearings, oil seal rings and other moving parts which require clean, non-contaminated greasing.

Nutriflon Oil is perfectly suitable as special oil for use in food industry where there might be incidental contact with food. The product can be used for greasing and transmitting power and movement in (air) compressors, vacuum pumps, hydraulic systems, compressed air installations, water-pumps, conveyor belts, etc.

Nutriflon Oil is ready for use. The 5 litre can is very user-friendly and can be used immediately.
