Description

Repaplast Structure Coat is a very high-quality structure primer with unique properties, developed based on the most modern techniques. Thanks to the addition of special rheological ingredients, it is possible to easily restore the most common structured plastics to their original OEM structure.

Plastics are used on a large scale in the most modern vehicles. So not only bumpers are made of unlacquered, textured plastic, but so are mirrors, mudguards, fenders and certain interior parts. This plastic offers lots of positives: it is lightweight, relatively inexpensive and easy to shape and process. But it does have its negatives too. Textured plastic parts are also very vulnerable to damage such as scratches and scrapes. With Repaplast Structure Coat all of this minor damage can be perfectly repaired with a minimum of effort, and damaged structured parts can be made to look like new.

Repaplast Structure Coat comes with 2 nozzles allowing you to easily imitate the most common structures, from rough (red nozzle) to very fine (white nozzle). In addition, you can also influence the structure by simply varying the spraying distance.

For optimal and lasting results, always finish the repair with Repaplast Colour Finish Better Care
 – this will also allow you to approach the original colour.

Use Innotec Masking Tape and Innotec Masking Paper Dispenser to protect the surrounding parts when spraying.

Instructions for use

  • Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Clean the surface with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic and a sanding block, then treat with Repaplast Primer.
  • Application method: Allow the cleaned and pre-treated plastic parts to evaporate for at least 10 minutes. Shake can well during 2 minutes. Apply thin coats of Repaplast Structure Coat to the area to be repaired. By varying the spraying distance and choosing the right nozzle supplied (white nozzle = fine structure - red nozzle = rough structure), it is possible to imitate the OEM structure. Use Repaplast Structure Coat on the rest of the plastic where required. Always close Repaplast Structure Coat with Repaplast Colour Finish Better Care.
