Resin

Description

Resin is part of the Innotec Windshield Repair System. This is a very high-grade repair resin for laminated windscreens. In addition to the special repair resin, the packaging contains a specially developed injector.

Resin has excellent liquidity properties, as a result of which the product permeates the finest cracks of the repair area. Due to its unique composition Resin creates a very strong bond and remains transparent.

The repair resin is packaged in a special bottle with a very accurate dosing mechanism. In addition, the contents are designed to deal with a number of repairs, so that each time the product is fresh and at its best. On the inside, the packaging is provided with an UV-resistant foil, this way the repair resin keeps its high quality for a long time.

Every pack contains an injector in addition to the Innotec Resin. This injector is made so that the repair resin can be applied in one movement without an external vacuum pump and the air can be removed from the repair area.

All of these properties ensure that the Resin and the special injector make the repair simple and easy to perform.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean the surface with Innotec Foam Glass Clean Plus.
• Application method: Adjust the injector (supplied) in the Innotec Fixer. Fill the injector with resin from the top or bottom. By rotating the injector in and then out, inject the resin and remove the air from the crack. See also the directions for use of the Innotec Windshield Repair System.
