Since our founding, we have strived for the highest quality without compromising on safety or sustainability. Through proactive safety management, we minimise product risks and replace hazardous substances with safer, environmentally friendly alternatives — all without compromising the performance our customers rely on.

MS Technology and Tribitec: a major step towards a healthier future

We are continuously exploring innovative raw materials and techniques that have minimal impact on the environment. Our products are developed to meet high environmental standards throughout their entire lifecycle. Good examples of this are our MS Technology and Tribitec products.

MS Technology is an advanced adhesive technology that combines strong performance with safety and sustainability. With Tribitec, we have a technology that enables the development of PFAS-free products by eliminating the use of PTFE.

Concrete goals, measurable progress

We have a clear ambition: to completely eliminate all products with GHS08 and GHS09 labels by 2030. At the same time, we continue to increase the share of ecological alternatives in our products and packaging. Our Industrial Floor Cleaner, which carries the EU Ecolabel, is a good example — an environmentally friendly, corn-based solution that biodegrades within 10 hours.

We also focus on low-emission products with EMICODE certification (EC1 Plus) and on reducing harmful propellants.

Furthermore, we aim to significantly reduce CO2 emissions by 2030. A key factor in achieving this is the electrification of our vehicle fleet. Our headquarters already runs entirely on 100% green electricity.

ISO: ensuring quality and sustainability

Since our founding, Innotec has been a pioneer in environmental legislation and quality standards. We are currently implementing ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management), further embedding quality and sustainability into our processes.

Safe and healthy workplace

We ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees. Through safety training and awareness campaigns, we foster a culture of care and responsibility. We invest in our employees’ well-being through professional development and a healthy work-life integration.

Sustainable relationships and social initiatives
We focus on sustainable relationships with business partners and, where possible, choose local suppliers. We support sustainable and social projects through initiatives that bring our employees together and make a real difference for people in need. Each year, we organise an internal fundraising campaign for a charitable cause and donate the metal caps from our glass bottles to organisations that receive financial support through these contributions.
