Description

Hi-Temp Wax Dry is a very durable and tack-free wax coating based on microcrystalline waxes that offers excellent rust protection in factory original quality for sheet metal parts, cavities and (machine) parts. It has an excellent penetration and water-repellent power which enables it to penetrate into the smallest gaps and thus reliably protect the surface for a long time.

Hi-Temp Wax Dry has an extremely high temperature resistance due to its special chemical composition. The product remains absolutely stable up to a temperature of 170°C. Due to its very high temperature resistance Hi-Temp Wax Dry is extremely well suited for use in the engine compartment of the vehicle and in engine rooms - the product will not run off. Hi-Temp Wax Dry is used to protect metal and sheet metal against corrosion during construction or repair of vehicles. It is extremely suitable for the preservation of hollow spaces such as doors, sills and chassis beams. After drying, Hi-Temp Wax Dry is completely tack-free and therefore also perfectly suitable for rust protection during transport and interim storage of metal parts.

Hi-Temp Wax Dry can also be applied with effect to protect power points and battery poles subject to the effects of weather, moisture, dirt and salt. Hi-Temp Wax Dry ensures that these parts are highly water-repellent, minimizing disturbances due to penetrating moisture or corrosion.

Hi-Temp Wax Dry is available in different types of packaging: besides the aerosol can and the 1 litre screw-top can, the product is also deliverable as a 60 litre and 200 litre barrel.
Spraying of the 1 l screw-top can is done using a traditional gun such as the Innotec Pressure Gun Basic (4-6 bar) or the Pressure Pot Gun specially developed for this purpose (2-4 bar, possibly in combination with the special Cavity Tube Set for hollow spaces), but can also be done with the Multi Sprayer 1,3 l.
The 60 l and 200 l barrels are sprayed with a traditional gun or with the Multi Sprayer 1,3 l or Multi Sprayer 10 l.
The aerosol can is extremely user-friendly and easy to apply. When being applied the product initially is liquid, so it can penetrate deeply between the parts. After the propellant has evaporated away it leaves a beautiful, solid and pressure-resistant grease behind. The extra nozzle and tube supplied with the product make it very easy to apply in places which are difficult to access. For optimal treatment of cavities use the Hi-Temp Wax Spray Tube.
