Description

Acryfill is a high-quality plasto-elastic sealant based on acrylic dispersion and rainproof quickly after application. The product is highly suited to seams and seals on indoor and outdoor applications subject to minimal settling.

Acryfill is suitable for seams and seals with 12,5% settling. This means the product is highly suited to window, wall and ceiling joints. But Acryfill can also be used to finish skirting board seams, cracks and shrink seams in wood and stony surfaces such as plastering.
Acryfill is water-based and 100% solvent-free. The product is paste-like and has a very good constancy. This means that Acryfill is ideal for horizontal and vertical seams.

Acryfill is very easy to use because it has a “very short structure”, and so does not string. In addition, Acryfill is easy to finish with a damp sponge, so that you do not need a smoothing agent.

The handy packaging in 310 ml cartridges makes Acryfill easy to use and economical. For best results we recommend to apply Acryfill using the InnoQuip Pro 2000 Gun, Easy Grip Gun or Air Sealant Applicator 300 and to finish it with a damp sponge or spatula.

Instructions for use

  • Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean the surfaces with Innotec Multisol or Innotec Seal and Bond Remover. Very porous surfaces should be pre-treated with a primer. For this purpose Acryfill can be diluted with water in the proportion 2:1.
  • Application method: Apply directly from the cartridge using a glue gun (InnoQuip Pro 2000 Gun, Easy Grip Gun or Air Sealant Applicator 300). Smooth using a putty knife or spatula. If required, wipe the surface using a moist sponge.
