Description

Uniseal 700 is a high-quality sprayable sealant which is based on modified polymers. This sealant with permanent elasticity has been specially developed to hermetically seal joints and connections of prefabricated cladding, concrete panels, re-inforced concrete, brickwork, wood and metal constructions as well as frame connections.

Uniseal 700 is perfectly suitable for sealing joints between elements that are subject to movement. Het product is free of solvents and isocyanates and, in addition, contains no silicones. It therefore combines all the advantages of an MS polymer with the needs and requirements of the latest generation of sealants.

Uniseal 700 can be sprayed using a compressed air spray gun or applied directly from the cartridge with a manual sealant gun. After being applied, the product will keep on flowing for some time.
In addition to the properties above, the product can be painted over with most paints used in the construction industry (due to the huge variety of paint types on the market, it is however best to test the paint beforehand.)

Due to the long open time of Uniseal 700, large or long joints can be finished in one go with a professional result, even on hot days. Thanks to the flowing properties of the product, also joints or connections on difficult-to-reach areas and/or around mounting brackets or anchors can be hermetically sealed with no effort.

Uniseal 700 is very easy and economical to use. For best results we recommend to spray the product using the InnoQuip Sealer Applicator, but it can also be applied with a manual sealant gun (e.g. InnoQuip Pro 2000 Gun) in combination with the InnoQuip Brush. As the product continues to flow for some time after application, smoothing is unnecessary.

Properties

  • Does not contain silicones, solvents or isocyanates.
  • Continues to flow, which makes air inclusions disappear.
  • Extremely high solid percentage.
  • Excellent application properties.
  • Can even be applied on slightly damp surfaces.
  • Can be painted over with almost any paint used in the construction industry (always test first).
  • 700% elongation at break.

Instructions for use

  • Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust.
  • Application method: Apply at 4 to 5 bar using the specially designed Sealer Applicator (orifice size 3 mm). See also the directions for use of the Sealer Applicator. Or manually using the InnoQuip Pro 2000 Grun, Easy Grip Gun or Air Sealant Applicator 300. If necessary, smooth off with the InnoQuip Brush.
