Description

Repaplast Finish is a 2-component epoxy plaster specially developed for plastics, which is extremely well suited for the fast repair of damage to plastic parts. The product forms an ideal transitional layer to the lacquer system.

Repaplast Finish is ideal for filling and smoothing out scratches and irregularities in plastic parts. If cracks and holes in these parts are first repaired with Repaplast Repair Black or Repaplast Repair Grey, Repaplast Finish can be used afterwards as a fine undercoat for the lacquering. The product can be sprayed over using almost any modern paint system.

Repaplast Finish has a perfect adhesion to many plastics as well as lacquered and bare metal parts. In combination with the high temperature resistance and the high flexibility of the product, this property helps keeping the risk of island formation to a minimum. Due to its fast hardening, the product is ready to be sanded after only 20 minutes.

Repaplast Finish contains no solvents, as a result of which it is not subject to shrinkage or cracking. Neither does the product contain isocyanates.

Repaplast Finish is packed in a handy twin cartridge. Due to the 1:1 mixing ratio, it is very easy to dose and both products are consumed at an even rate. As a result, Repaplast Finish is both very easy to use and very economical.
(Optional: Repaplast Finish Nozzle)
