Metal Finish

Description

Metal Finish is a unique, metallic grey spray lacquer of OEM quality. Due to a chemical reaction, the lacquer provides a highly impact-resistant coating once it is dry. Metal Finish covers quickly and efficiently almost all contemporary plastic and metal surfaces in a nice even coat. It provides the treated surface with a perfect imitation of the most frequent metallic colours.

Because of its beautiful metallic grey colour, Metal Finish is perfectly suited for spray-painting all kinds of silver parts in the automotive and industry sector such as chassis parts, hinges, footboards, frames, panels, etc.

Metal Finish can also be used to paint supports and braces that are often made to measure and then still have to be finished in a professional way.

Its unique composition makes Metal Finish particularly suitable for fast application in several layers. Thanks to its aerosol packaging this product is extremely user-friendly and easy to apply. Using the special nozzle the product can be sprayed in a very professional spray pattern.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Sand the surface, preferably with a sanding block. Clean metal surfaces with Innotec Multisol or Innotec Seal and Bond Remover. Provide untreated metal with a primer (Innotec Speed Primer or Innotec Zinc Coat). Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic and pre-treat them with Innotec Repaplast Primer.
• Application method: Shake can well before use. Spraying distance 25-30 cm. Apply in one or two covering layers. When applying several layers, leave at least 10 minutes and no more than 4 hours for the product to evaporate between each layer. If you still want to spray a layer after 4 hours, leave the product to cure fully to prevent it burning up. After use, invert can and spray until clear to clean the nozzle.
