Innogrease TF 250 400 g

Description

Innogrease TF 250 is an extremely high-grade lubricating grease to which PTFE has been added to obtain a very low frictional resistance and high maintenance intervals.

As a result the product offers exceptionally good lubrication under very high pressure and within a wide temperature range (-30°C to a peak load of +225°C). Since dampness is repelled by this and because Innogrease TF 250 contains corrosion resistant ingredients, the product is particularly well suited to the treatment of lubrication points in difficult-to-access areas and humid environments.

Due to its very low frictional resistance and the property of being perfectly usable under humid conditions, Innogrease TF 250 is ideal for use as a general lubricant. The product is perfectly suited to the lubrication of telescopic cylinders, tailboards, braking systems, lock catches, wheel bearings and heavy turning or hinged constructions, and, of course, lubricating nipples.

The temperature resistance up to 150°C ensures that Innogrease TF 250 is perfect for bearings subject to high temperatures.
As it cannot be washed away by water it is also perfectly suited to moving parts subject to the influence of weather. Innogrease TF 250 even resists salt and the use of a pressure cleaner.

Due to these positive properties of the product the lubricating interval can be considerably extended.

The handy 400 ml cartridges make Innogrease TF 250 very economical and easy to use. With the Innotec Lube Shuttle Gun the product is very easy to apply.

For central lubricating systems we also offer 20 and 180 kg packs, supplied in barrels, which can be easily operated with a stamping pump.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, free of grease and non-corroded. Clean surfaces with Innotec Multisol, Innotec Ultra Clean or Innotec Power Clean.
• Application method: Depending on the application, apply directly from the cartridge using for example a brush or grease gun (Innotec Lube Shuttle Gun).
