Description

Powerbond XS 330 is a high-quality construction adhesive with extremely high initial adhesion for e.g. wood, concrete, stone, metal, mirrors and plastic (inside/outside; even on slightly damp surfaces). It is perfectly suitable for applications in construction, industry and also transport.

Powerbond XS 330 is ideal for the fixation of decorative strips, mirrors, plinths or panel work, so that mounting can be done quickly and simply without additional support (or with restricted support only).

Powerbond XS 330 retains its elasticity and shows an excellent adhesion to the most common mounting materials, such as all types of wood, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concrete, stone, natural stone, plaster, mirrors and many plastics. The product contains no solvents and no harmful plasticizers or isocyanates.

The handy 290 ml cartridges make Powerbond XS 330 very economical and easy to use.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean surfaces with Innotec Multisol or Innotec Seal and Bond Remover. Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic. Plastic, porous or extremely difficult surfaces must be pre-treated with Innotec Repaplast Primer or Innotec Seal Guard.
• Application method: Apply directly from the cartridge onto the parts to be glued using an Easy Grip Gun and the supplied V-nozzle. Join the parts together within 10 minutes.

• Skin formation: ± 10 minutes (at 23°C / 50% relative humidity)
• Curing time: ± 3 mm in 24 hours (at 23°C / 50% relative humidity)
• Paintability: Can be painted over with almost all water-based paint systems. For the best end result, we recommend painting within 48 hours after application. Due to the huge variety of paint types on the market, it is best to test the paint beforehand. Always follow the paint manufacturer's instructions.
